 WARRANTIES
For all deliverables (excluding Micro-Cap software licenses) as a condition of sale customers must deal directly with the relevant manufacturer and comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. We will refer you directly to the product manufacturer in such cases. We will also provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer. The warranty does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the customer or its employees or agents, or goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. All warranties cover manufacturer's defects only. The warranty period for each product may vary. Details of the warranty period are shown in the product specifications on the manufacturers website and or documentation. If you are in doubt please check with the relevant manufacturer of the product you wish to purchase.
