You choose your own personal SecureCode, this will provide added protection against unauthorised use of your MasterCard or Maestro card when shopping online at participating MasterCard SecureCode merchants.

micro-cap.co.uk is a trading name of Spectrum Software (UK) Ltd  who is a participating merchant supporting both Verified By Visa (VBV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MSC) transactions.

In a 3D secure transaction, your must first register for VBV or MSC with your card issuing bank. If you have not register before ordering online, the first time you order from a merchant who supports VBV or MSC (such as micro-cap.co.uk) you will be asked to register your card before continuing with the transaction.

If you have previously registered  for VBV or MSC with your card issuing bank and are shopping online at micro-cap.co.uk, a site that supports the schemes, you will be able complete your order and add products to your shopping cart as usual.

At the checkout stage, when you select to pay by Visa, Visa Delta, and Visa Debit or by MasterCard a pop up box will appear from your card issuing bank requesting you to enter your PIN number.

The bank will verify the PIN number and the transaction will continue as normal.

Once you and your card have been verified, you will be able to securely complete your transaction and be totally protected from any fraudulent use of your card by people who are not autorised to use your card.



Cheques:

We will accept bank, personal or company cheques. When doing so, we will insist that funds have been cleared by our bank PRIOR to delivery of the items ordered. The delay associated with bank clearance of cheques can be up to 10 business days. Please bear this in mind when placing orders.
